Stress is an inescapable aspect of human life.  Mindfulness-Based
Stress Reduction teaches skills that are proven to increase well-being and reduce suffering in the face of life's challenges.
This supportive 8-week class consists of guided meditations, gentle yoga and strettching, group discussion and daily home pracice.
