Sleep Craft combines Yoga, Somatic Awareness & Guided Meditation with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) to help you
sleep well and wake up refreshed.

A Good Night's Sleep

This supportive 5 week class consists of practices designed to reduce stress and soothe the nervous system withing a Cognititive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) program.

CBT-I is the most effective treatment for insomnia and is proven to be more effective than sleeping pills.  And if you currently sleep withthe aid of drugs, this class can help you reduce or eliminate sleep aids for a natural and restorative night's sleep.
